Terms Entered in Search
A name, place, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. Pike County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own system.
Messages Sent to the Site
An email or contact-form message may be retained long enough to review and answer it. Message content is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Visit Information
Routine server, analytics, or advertising systems may receive technical details when a page loads, including:
- the visitor’s IP address;
- browser name and version;
- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent on them;
- the referring website, when supplied; and
- the date and time of each request.
